My eyes searched the whet fields, for any type of life. Dog, cat or anything else. But all was so still, except for the buzzing of bees. I carefully padded my way over to the barn. Partly tumbled down, though it was the best shelter. As I trembled and shoke I stood my ground, knowing there was some life out there. I doubted it though. I am not the prettiest of dogs for I am a cross-bred, an outsider to the warmth of houses. This was the perfect place for me to settle. No citys, just wheat for as far as I could see. None of my terrible memories would come and haunt me here. I name is Sandy...

Trevor walked across te landscape. Long, slender legs carried him at a fast gait. The light-colored dog's large ears heard, his nose scented. Female dog. His eyes lit up and he smiled mischeciously. The dog's tan points moved back and forth as he loped to wards her. As soon as he saw te female he gasped.
The brute approached slowly, each stride long and lengthy. He soon came within five feet of her and he smiled.
Who are you?

Sandy stood up and walked towards the doberman. Sandy... She murmered, licking her maw. Who are you? Since you are on my territory I have a right to know, do I not? She said simply.

Of course you have the right to know. Trevor said casually. His short tail wagged the best he could make it wag and he smiled. The dog's light coloring wasn't that obvious in this terrain, and the weat sheltered most of his body from being seen. He made a patch of lowered grass so he could look at the female dirrectly.
I'm Trevor. Nice to meet your acquaintance. He said in a low voice.

Trevor.... Sandy mumubled to herself. She sneezed loudly, causing all the wheat to float in the air. She giggled quietly. Sandy lay back down, she was still tired after her trek to find this place. She watched his every move, trying to read his expression, his body language. All this to know his personality. So far she had summed up he was kind.

Yes? He asked casually. The doberman walked over to her and smiled. His ears perked at the sound of rabbit moving about five feet away and he smiled. Trevor turned around and wagged his tail.
Be right back. He told the female and sprinted as fast as he could to wards the rabbit. He leapt over the weat and landed on the rabbit. he bit into it's neck and felt blood pulsing onto the ground and onto his brown fur. Trevor lifted his head and started running at a fast pace to Sandy.
You must be hungry. Take it. He said to the beautiful dog and dropped it at her paws. Trevor stepped back and smiled.

Sandy smiled. Thank you She said shyly. She ate until she was satisfied. She got up and shook her long coat. Sandy licked the blood of Trevor's maw, cleaning him and enjoying it.
